Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover
The giochipiu.it portal and the games reachable from it are offered by Spaghetti Interactive S.r.l., registered office at Via Braccianense 989, Rome, Italy — VAT 12390011000, REA RM-1370599, paid-up capital €10,000, certified mail spaghettiinteractivesrl@pec.it.
By using the portal you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
2. The service
The Company offers card, word and board games, playable alone or with other users, free of charge and supported by advertising, with the option to purchase additional content and benefits.
The service is provided "as is". The Company may modify, suspend or discontinue it, giving notice where a change materially affects content already purchased.
3. Accounts
Multiplayer and progress saving require an account.
You must be at least 16. The information you provide must be truthful. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens through your account.
One account per person. Accounts created to circumvent a suspension may be closed without notice.
4. Rules of conduct
You may not:
- use software, automation or software defects to gain an advantage in play;
- collude with other players to alter the outcome of a match or the leaderboards;
- harass, insult or discriminate against other users, including in chat;
- post unlawful, offensive, sexually explicit content or content infringing the rights of others, profile pictures included;
- access the systems by means other than the interface provided, or attempt to compromise their security.
Breach may lead to removal of content, suspension or closure of the account, and loss of virtual currency and purchased content, with no right to a refund.
5. Content you upload
By uploading a profile picture you declare you hold the rights to it and grant the Company a free, non-exclusive licence to display it within the service. Images are pre-moderated and may be rejected.
6. Purchases, virtual currency and subscriptions
Purchases are handled through Stripe. Prices are shown in euro and include applicable taxes.
Virtual currency and purchased content are a licence to use them within the service: they are not convertible into money, not transferable, and do not constitute a claim against the Company.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal, and may be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid period.
Right of withdrawal. For digital content, the fourteen-day withdrawal right under consumer law is lost once performance begins, which happens when the purchased content is credited immediately: at the time of purchase you are asked to acknowledge this expressly. The right remains for subscription periods not yet used.
7. Interruptions and data loss
The Company takes reasonable measures for service continuity and data retention, but does not warrant that the service will always be available or error-free. It is not liable for interruptions due to causes beyond its control, including network and supplier failures.
8. Intellectual property
The software, graphics, trade marks and content of the service belong to the Company or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable right of use, limited to enjoying the service.
9. Closing your account
You may close your account at any time from your settings or by writing to privacy@spaghetti-interactive.it. Closure entails the loss of virtual currency and purchased content not yet used.
The Company may close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, giving notice.
10. Changes
These terms may be amended. Material changes are announced at least thirty days in advance; continuing to use the service after that period constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of your place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. For relationships not involving a consumer, the Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction.
